The School main objective is to promote excellence and lead the fields of tourism- hospitality training. With this objective, it offers technical training, specialized training programs and university training programs in collaboration with the Pablo de Olavide University for the design and execution of the university level programs that are taught.
The Higher School of Hospitality of Seville has responded to the new challenges of the hospitality and tourism sector in the field of research and innovation through the IDEHS Foundation (R + D + i) giving depth and reliability to the initiatives that are taking place in the center and consequently in the Lezama Group. Its activity focuses on four fundamental pillars:
-Research on the hospitality industry in general
-Research and new food development and architecture of dishes.
-Research on new improvements in production and operational processes in the kitchen.
